Added the WebCamLib and WebCamWrapper - You need a reference to the WebCamWrapper in the MKLiveView project.

If You have problems compiling because of WebCamLib, You need to check the settings in the build configuration manager.
The configuration and the platform of each platform have to be x86 - 32bit

In order to run the program You need the apropiate Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 20xx
