It does NOT use the user parameter anymore for setting
direction and offset for the roll servo as this is now done over the MK Tool Camera screen.

Of note, the exact setting over the roll compensation now occurs through the MKTool, no longer over a user parameter. The user parameter is only needed to activate the routine for FC1.x hardware.
